Experienced Project Manager

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the workloads of several developers across multiple teams
• Liaising with clients to define technical requirements for various projects

Required Skills:

• Great communication skills
• 3+ years experience as a project manager
• Strong technical understanding and capabilities of the various technologies we develop
• Willingness to learn new skills and try new things

Desirable Skills:

• Working knowledge of Ci/Cd and automated testing and deployment
• Working knowledge of the Jira issue and project tracking tool
• Working knowledge the Agile development methodology
• Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to clients and team members
• An understanding of security best practices
• Prior experience as a developer or equivalent
• A full clean UK Driving licence with your own car (to occasionally travel to and from clients)
• Ability to commute to Rugeley, Staffordshire
