Karl Frankham, the company’s esteemed Managing Director, will be handing over the reins to Oliver Aleksejuk, previously the Service Delivery Director at Techcare. Oliver will assume the role of Managing Director, effective immediately.
Karl Frankham, who has successfully guided Techcare for 15 years, will continue to contribute to the company’s growth and success in a new capacity. While he remains actively involved, Karl will shift his focus to strategic initiatives such as evaluating potential M&A targets, managing the financials of the business, and providing support to Oliver whenever required.
Oliver Aleksejuk’s promotion to Managing Director comes as no surprise, given his outstanding performance during his tenure as the Service Delivery Director. Over the past 16 months, Oliver has spearheaded numerous operational improvements, fostered strong relationships with clients, and played a pivotal role in Techcare’s success.
