What are your core services?
Can you help with questions I have regarding a particular service?
Yes we can, we have a detailed FAQ on our network installations page and our IT consultancy page lists the types of services we provide on an ad-hoc basis. We’re currently updating our other core service pages with similar information.
When are you available via live chat?
Our live chat function is available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. If you contact us outside of these times, you’ll be asked to leave a message and contact email address and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 working days.
Do you offer weekend support?
We offer weekend support to our priority one (P1) support customers. If you are interested in upgrading to these IT services, please complete the form below and we’ll get back to you to discuss it.
