We’re pleased to announce that Chris Edensor, who has been a part of the Techcare team since March 2023, has been promoted from Systems Engineer to Service Desk Supervisor.
In this new role, Chris will oversee the day-to-day tasks of our service desk. Chris will ensure our customer service remains top-notch, and that the team is meeting their targets. Our goal is to maintain our high standards of service, while continuously improving the overall client experience.
Chris will continue to offer technical guidance and support to all our customers, and as customer satisfaction champion at Techcare, we’re certain he’ll continue to impress our customers.
